FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated grill and wine bar (featuring a cellar that houses a 130 bottle wine list) that places an emphasis on cooking with nature's most basic elements; stone and fire.
Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over open fire to give our food exceptional flavor and taste. Starters such as table side guacamole, stone oven flat breads and our corn bread skillets make your first choice, a tough one. FlameStone's spit-roasted chicken & prime rib and pork loin are slow roasted and seasoned with our special house dry rub, featuring 21 natural herbs and spices.
Steaks are our specialty as we serve only Stock Yards of Chicago Angus Beef, which are fed a high-energy, Midwest corn-based diet and are minimum 28 day aged.
